Let's start with the role
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will:
- Collaborate with a global team to support hiring efforts, enhance candidate experience, and contribute to impactful projects. You will be involved in a variety of activities, including recruitment support, talent mapping, market research, and participation in events.
- Support talent identification and mapping for both tech and non-tech roles
- Conduct active sourcing across multiple channels
- Perform initial outreach and candidate engagement
- Organize and maintain trackers, presentations, and recruitment pipelines
- Assist in basic analyses of sourcing efficiency, volume, and conversion rates
- Partner with recruiters and Business Partners to understand hiring needs and target profiles
- Proactively suggest improvements in sourcing strategies, messaging, and approaches
- Schedule interviews, coordinate calendars, track hiring stages, and provide candidate feedback
- Support the team with administrative and operational tasks as needed
What you’ll bring
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work autonomously
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
- Interest in tech recruitment and talent mapping
- Ability to manage high volumes, track pipelines, and maintain accurate data
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about technical roles and profiles
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
- Advanced English proficiency
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, or selection (internships, junior enterprises, or academic projects)
- Interest or knowledge in technology areas (software engineering, data, product, cloud)
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
