They handle each query and resolve any problems, always being there to listen to our customers and their needs.

Our Commercial team handles new Sponsorships, commercial deals and affiliate management, while fostering our extroversion and bonds with many stakeholders per market. They promote our brand products and make sure we have a strong presence across the markets we operate in.

With so many markets under our business scope, and being 100% digital, we make sure we comply with all regulatory frameworks and data protection needs. The team audits new markets in terms of regulation, while preparing also our next steps, making sure we're fully in line with regulator's needs. Our Responsible Gaming team is part of the Compliance department.

CRM is all about creating, developing, and executing all strategic engagement initiatives across our markets. The team designs and implements marketing strategies using advanced segmentation tools, working across all verticals within the customer journey. Their primary goal is to provide guidance on how to maximise current and prospective relationships with our customers.

We want to make sure all our customers have a smooth and long journey with us. The Client Operations team handles all their documents, onboards them onto our apps and ensures their withdrawals and payments based on their activity. Risk and Fraud detection is also within their scope.

Working with some of the most challenging projects and cutting-edge technologies, our tech teams are shaping our products and the future of our organisation. They work agile on tech solutions divided into 6 product verticals (Rewards & Comms, Accounts & Services, Sportsbook, Gaming & Experience, Platform, Core Tech). All of these belong to the tech & product umbrella, ensuring we create a consistent product strategy while building our own tech.

Totally giving sense to the term: being live 24/7! The Trading team consists of Pre-events trading, In-Play trading, Trading Operations and Sportsbook Integrity. Each one of them handles different stages of the gaming live activity, events' and odds' creation, risk management and more.

Our Human Resources team is all about People! It consists of People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Human Resources Business Partners. These teams make sure they cater to our Kaizeners needs, hiring great talent and developing our people and supporting their career paths across the world.
