The team designs and implements marketing strategies using advanced segmentation tools, working across all verticals within the customer journey. Their primary goal is to provide guidance on how to maximise current and prospective relationships with our customers.

This team is all about offering the best customer experience and an exciting customer journey to millions of people across the globe who choose us for their entertainment. They handle each query and resolve any problems, always being there to listen to our customers and their needs.

We want to make sure all our customers have a smooth and long journey with us. The Client Operations team handles all their documents, onboards them onto our apps and ensures their withdrawals and payments based on their activity. Risk and Fraud detection is also within their scope.
