As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in customers' journey, interacting on a daily basis to guide customers through our processes and products using multiple communication channels. You are going to be the “face” of Kaizen Gaming through every customer’s eyes by handling every single communication according to our values.

You will collaborate closely with several departments and teams across the Organization working for a common goal to ensure excellent customer service. Being part of a dynamic team, working with more than 100 skilled Customer Service Professionals, will give you the opportunity to share experience with, broaden your knowledge, and unleash your potential. 

Experience and credentials are important, however, we care more about character, passion, and work ethic. A sense of humor helps a lot too. Your empathy, active listening skills, and a ‘’can do’’ attitude will allow you to blend smoothly into the team and the Kaizen DNA. Ability to work in shifts, fluency in Romanian, good command of English, and relevant working experience are essential, while knowledge of the Gaming industry would be a plus.

Marketing Manager
Bucharest, Romania

As a Marketing Manager, you will take charge of achieving sportsbook marketing objectives, developing and implementing local strategies and delivering an optimum customer experience. Your accountability will extend to meeting and surpassing Sportsbook acquisition targets.

  • Create and drive marketing plans across sportsbook and sponsorships in cooperation with the RO Senior Marketing Manager and HQ;
  • Work closely with sportsbook product development teams to align platforms product and services with high standards required by the local market;
  • Coordinate with content teams, both locally and internationally, to maintain the quality and consistency of inbound and outbound communication related to sportsbook and sponsorship efforts;
  • Monitor, track and evaluate all sportsbook marketing activity and reporting ROI of channels and campaigns (TV/OOH/Digital/ BTL and Sponsorships);
  • Organize, create, and lead the implementation of 360 SB Marketing Campaigns across all channels: TV, Radio, Digital, Print, OOH, SoMe, Sponsorships;
  • Develop and negotiate SB business proposals and deals with potential partners and media groups;
  • Monitor market conditions and competitors data.
  • BA in marketing or a relevant field;
  • Preferably, at least 5 years of experience in a senior marketing position;
  • At least 3 years of experience in a relevant managerial position;
  • Fluency in Romanian and English;
  • Business orientation and understanding;
  • Strong analytical skills/data-driven;
  • Thrive on designing and executing new creative projects;
  • Proactive, initiative-driven, and efficient in project management, along with excellent teamwork skills.
